TECHNOLOGY, AI, QUANTUM AND CYBER OVERSIGHT
Technology decisions the board can stand behind
We help boards and executive teams in Dubai and across the GCC decide, govern and oversee their AI, cyber and technology programmes. Independent of vendors, focused on value, risk and delivery, without managing the technical work.
Discuss your technology prioritiesWho we work with
- Boards, audit and risk committees that must oversee AI, cyber and technology risk
- CEOs, CIOs and chief digital or data officers accountable for large technology programmes
- Regulated financial institutions and fund managers facing technology and outsourcing requirements
- Government and semi-government entities running digital and AI programmes
- Organisations in critical infrastructure and sensitive sectors
When boards and executives call us
- The board has asked for an AI strategy, pilots have started in several departments and nobody can say what value or risk they carry.
- A cyber incident elsewhere has raised the question nobody can answer: are we ready?
- An ERP or core system programme is running late and over budget, and the business case has been forgotten.
- Technology spend keeps growing and the board cannot see what it is buying.
- A regulator, an auditor or an investor expects a level of technology oversight the current set-up cannot show.
What we do
AI strategy and governance
We select the use cases worth testing, build the business case the board can approve and set up oversight of data, risk and models before anything scales, in line with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act where they apply.
You receive: a prioritised use case portfolio, an AI roadmap, an AI governance framework and a board reporting format.
Data readiness and governance
Clear ownership, quality rules and data flows so that reporting and AI rest on data the organisation can trust.
You receive: a data readiness assessment, data ownership and governance rules, and a remediation plan.
Cybersecurity governance and resilience
Cyber risk understood and owned by leadership: maturity assessment, governance and policies, third-party oversight, incident readiness and continuity. Technical testing is brought in from our network when needed.
You receive: a cyber maturity assessment, a programme roadmap, governance and escalation rules, response playbooks and a board cyber report.
Quantum readiness
Quantum computing will eventually break the encryption most organisations rely on today, and data stolen now can be decrypted later. NIST published its first post-quantum cryptography standards in 2024. We help boards understand the exposure and plan the transition in time.
You receive: a board briefing, an inventory approach for cryptography in use, a risk-based migration roadmap and oversight milestones.
Digital transformation oversight
Programmes that change systems, processes and data are governed on the decisions they serve: scope discipline, workflow redesign, approval chains and adoption, measured on business outcomes.
You receive: a programme governance model, a benefits case and an outcome-based reporting pack.
ERP and core system programme oversight
We prepare the organisation before the big commitments are made and keep the programme tied to business priorities: readiness, scope, process and data preparation, testing, controls and adoption. We do not configure systems.
You receive: a readiness and scope assessment, a programme risk view, control design requirements and a steering format that surfaces the real status.
Every mandate can include a board session on what directors need to know, decide and monitor.
How we work
Independent of vendors. We have no software to sell and no alliance to protect, so our view of a technology choice serves only the client.
Oversight, not implementation. Technical delivery stays with your teams and vendors. We make sure what they deliver is what the business needs, at the agreed cost and risk.
Board readable. We translate technical risk and progress into what the board can decide on, with a few indicators that have an owner and a source.
Specialists when needed. Cyber testing, data and AI engineering expertise come from our network for a defined scope, named before they start.
Selected mandates
Mandates led by our director. Clients are not named.
Multi-entity IT group
AI ambition and two-year implementation roadmap: readiness assessment, use case selection and a business case approved by leadership, aligned with the existing digital, IT and data programmes.
International non-profit organisation
Cybersecurity programme from governance to staff: governance and risk processes, oversight of implementation and a targeted awareness programme.
Sovereign wealth fund
Technology tracks of a 26-initiative transformation, including data management, a cybersecurity uplift and an ERP implementation.
